The Arena is located in the Forbidden Forest since you obviously cannot practice these spells on the castle grounds. The Dark Arts Battle Arena lets you practice Unforgiving curses like Avada Kedavra in secret. To equip these, go to the Gear, select the option to change appearance, and you will find all the Dark Arts cosmetic items.
